I chose this title because it works overtime—just like you. It is a double-entendre that perfectly captures my bodywork approach.
First, it’s an invitation to develop interoceptive awareness, encouraging your intellectual mind to finally pay attention (top-down) to what your physical body is unconsciously holding.
But more importantly? It’s a polite, yet firm, warning to your chronic tension patterns that their release is imminent (bottom-up). Your muscles have been holding the stress of the boardroom for too long; here, I teach them how to let it go.
